FAST Shipment Processing:
- Orders placed by 11:30 A.M. will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on nights, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Returns Policy:
30-Day No Hassle Return Policy:
- You may return your purchase within 30 days after the original ship date for a full refund (excluding shipping charges on the original order).
- For free shipping purchases, a total of 20% of the purchase price will be applied as a return fee.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
- All returns must provide proof of original purchase to obtain a Hi5 RA-number (Return Authorization). The RA-number must be referenced on the shipping label when returning.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and in like-new condition to prevent damage during shipment.
- International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes for returns.
Change, Cancellation, & Rush Policy:
- Orders can be changed or canceled before shipment, but will incur a 20% change/cancellation fee on the subtotal of the original order.
- Canceled orders will be refunded via Check.
- No changes or cancellations are accepted for custom orders.
