At Hisooth, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return, cancellation, and refund policy below.
1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Hisooth bed, chair, mat, or MP3 product for any reason, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).
Custom-made products and accessories are non-refundable.
Standard products may be returned within thirty (30) days for a refund (excluding original shipping and handling fees) but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must be pre-authorized and require proof of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Any returns received without a valid Hisooth RMA number will not be processed.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, it will be treated as a return and subject to the return policy above.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
4. How to Request a Return
If you placed your order through a customer account, you can request a return directly from your account dashboard.
If you checked out as a guest, please email us at customercare@hisooth.com with your order information to request an RMA.
