Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

At Hisooth, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return, cancellation, and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Hisooth bed, chair, mat, or MP3 product for any reason, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).

  • Custom-made products and accessories are non-refundable.

  • Standard products may be returned within thirty (30) days for a refund (excluding original shipping and handling fees) but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • All returns must be pre-authorized and require proof of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Any returns received without a valid Hisooth RMA number will not be processed.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, it will be treated as a return and subject to the return policy above.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

4. How to Request a Return

  • If you placed your order through a customer account, you can request a return directly from your account dashboard.

  • If you checked out as a guest, please email us at customercare@hisooth.com with your order information to request an RMA.
