Warranty Policy
At Hisooth, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully designed and manufactured to deliver reliable performance and long-lasting durability. Please review our warranty coverage below:
—Mechanical Beds, Chairs & Mats
- Covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the original date of purchase, or until the product is discontinued or modified.
- Foam and upholstery are covered for 3 years from the original date of purchase.
—Electric Lift Beds
- Lifetime Limited Warranty: Frame materials and workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product.
- Lift motors and controllers are covered for 2 years from the original date of purchase. If defects or malfunctions occur during this period, Hisooth will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts.
- Foam and upholstery are covered for 3 years.
- Replacement parts are covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original 2-year warranty (whichever is longer).
- On-site service will be provided where applicable.
—Vibroacoustic Sound Systems
- Speakers, transducers, amplifiers, and power adapters are covered for 2 years from the original date of purchase.
- Replacement parts are covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original 2-year warranty (whichever is longer).
- On-site service will be provided where applicable.
—Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Harsh environmental conditions, accidents, or neglect
- Upholstery tears, damage from abrasive cleaning agents, or failure to follow the product care manual
—Additional Terms
- All Hisooth products are sold “as is”, without any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any such warranties are expressly disclaimed.
- Under no circumstances shall Hisooth be liable for lost profits, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, including any claims made by third parties related to the product’s use, performance, or availability.
- Hisooth assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper installation. Purchasers agree to indemnify and hold Hisooth harmless from any such claims.
- Hisooth is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized power adapters, use of external amplifiers, or misuse that results in damage to amplifiers, speakers, or transducers.
