I. Retail & Dropship Orders

  • Orders are shipped from our UK, Canada, Germany, and US warehouses.

  • Delivery is available to: United States (Mainland), Canada (Mainland), United Kingdom (Mainland), 23 EU Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. European non-EU countries:Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein.

At Hisooth, we strive to deliver your order safely and transparently. Shipping costs and methods are determined based on product weight, size, and destination. Please review the details below before placing your order.

→Ground Shipping (≤ 48 kg / 105 lbs)

Orders with a total shipment weight of 48 kg (105 lbs) or less are shipped via standard ground shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Eligible products typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Portable VibroAcoustic Tables (TheraFold™)
  • Hisooth® MP3 Music Player

Freight Shipping Required (> 48 kg / 105 lbs)

For products with a shipment weight over 48 kg, LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipping is required. Shipping costs will be quoted separately and paid by the customer. This applies to:

  • VibroAcoustic Lounge Chairs
  • Stationary VibroAcoustic Tables
    (TheraZen™, Boast Vibe™, Essence Vibe™)

Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery timelines may vary by destination. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

—Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Hisooth is not responsible for delays, mis-delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to such issues, the customer will be responsible for return and re-delivery costs.

—Domestic Shipping Times

  • Orders are usually dispatched within the business days stated on the product page.
  • Estimated ship date is shown on your order confirmation.
  • Delivery time varies by region: 1–7 business days.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 p.m, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

—Curbside Delivery (Large Items)

Freight shipments are delivered via curbside delivery only.

  • Please note:
    Delivery is made to the end of the driveway or curb
  • Does not include in-home delivery, installation, assembly, or packaging removal
  • A lift-gate truck will be used when required

Customers are responsible for bringing the product indoors.

—Taxes & Duties

  • Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on the shipping destination.

II. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders are shipped directly from our Jiangsu, China factory.

  • Lead time includes:
    Production cycle: 30–60 days
    Ocean freight: 10–40 days, depending on the port

  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and local taxes.

III. Additional Information

  • Tracking Numbers: Provided by email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote islands or hard-to-access regions.

  • Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your items upon delivery. Report damages or missing parts within 48 hours, including photos, for claims processing.
