Can I return a used product?

To maintain hygiene, product quality, and customer safety, returned items must be in like-new condition with the original packaging and accessories included.

Products showing signs of heavy use, physical damage, missing components, stains, odors, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for a refund.

For VibroAcoustic loungers, chairs, mats, and wellness products, we recommend carefully testing the product during the initial evaluation period while preserving all original packaging materials.

Custom-made products, special-order items, and clearance products are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping or confirmed defective upon arrival.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by:

  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item shipment by Hisooth

Original shipping charges, freight surcharges, white-glove delivery fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

For oversized products requiring freight transportation, customers are responsible for arranging safe return shipment after receiving an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect and process the return within 3–7 business days.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

For freight returns or international orders, processing times may vary slightly depending on carrier delivery confirmation and inspection requirements.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact Hisooth Support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair assistance, product replacement, or return authorization depending on the situation.

Please do not discard the original packaging until the claim process has been completed.

How do I get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?

All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipment.
